HKSPC Children and Family Service Centre (Sham Mong District) pays particular attention to children and families’ healthy development, in the hope of making every effort with parents to nurture our next generation.
Our Flag Day was held in the Kowloon Region on Saturday, 28 July. It was one of the hottest days this summer. Yet, the heat wave did not stop the enthusiastic efforts of over 2,200 volunteer flag-sellers.
Children are sensitive of every change around them. They may express their emotions through various behaviors due to limited language ability. Therefore, it is essential for parents to understand children’s emotions and developmental needs.
HKSPC encourages children to express their repressed emotions through play. It is beneficial to children as they can improve their emotional and behavioral problems, and overcome difficulties in social interaction and learning.
The Fund Raising Golf Day Sub-Committee proudly presented the 12th Golf Day on Friday, 4 May at The Hong Kong Golf Club in Fanling, bringing 100 keen golfers and guests from the business, finance and legal communities together for a charitable cause.
