“Jumping Beans” ADHD support group – Invitation to research and professional sharing webinar

With the mission to promote “early identification and early support”, our Centre for Child Enlightenment provides one-stop professional support services for children suspected or diagnosed with special education needs and their families.

In collaboration with Dr Kathy Shum, Assistant Professor of the Department of Psychology of The University of Hong Kong, the Centre launched a 2-year evaluation research for a parent-child parallel group service in the name of “Jumping Beans” since September 2020. The research involved more than 100 K2 and K3 students with or at risk of attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as well as their parents.

Ever since its launch, the programme has received a lot of positive feedbacks and recognition. The Centre is going to organise the following webinar to share the results of the research, as well as how to put the findings into practice in order to support young children with ADHD.
