The HKSPC Fund Raising Committee hopes everyone’s 2018 was as fruitful as ours. While we concluded 2018 with a cozy family gathering, we are kicking off 2019 with a glamorous wine dinner & jewelry sale, our annual vibrant charity walk and a number of other events.

The Thanksgiving Family Night was held on Saturday 24 November 2018 at Maggie & Rose Family Beach Club. The event was 100% sponsored by Maggie & Rose and all revenue from ticket sales went to HKSPC.

We hosted many families from 6pm onwards to gather and celebrate Thanksgiving with a buffet dinner featuring the traditional turkey with stuffing. There were many different workshops, games and facilities to keep the children entertained. The children had a wonderful time eating their favourite popcorn and bubble egg waffles, and parents chatted with friends and chilled out with champagne and wine. The relaxing evening was full of laughter and good vibes.

Next on the FRC calendar is the Wine Dinner & Jewelry Sale, which will be held on Wednesday 30 January 2019 at AMMO in the Asia Society Building. Any wine or jewelry lover should not miss the event!

And to carry on the success of the Charity Walk in January 2018, the event this year will be on Sunday 24 March 2019 in the Gold Coast area. We are organizing a relay run for corporates and a family walk followed by a buffet lunch and a fun-filled carnival at the Gold Coast Hotel. Any family registered for the event will also be sponsoring an underprivileged family from our Children & Family Services Centres to participate in the event. We are also looking for sponsorships to help make the walkathon even more meaningful and successful.
